The transaction is finished with just a quick scan of the QR code. One of Indonesia's banks is called BCA. BCA is well-known in Indonesia because of its large customer base. BCA has an app called BCA Mobile. Unfortunately, the Play Store and App Store ratings for this application are not very high. There are complaints about the several processes that take the user's time, the outdated appearance of the interface, and the security system. Of course, as a user, we demand a smooth flow so that it makes it easy for them to carry out activities in it. To solve this problem, it is necessary to conduct a survey of BCA Mobile users.
